Job summary

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Customer Service Representative is mandated to support account managers, coordinate orders and respond to customer requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on customer requests
  • Act as support for account managers
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with all stakeholders related to different accounts to maximize business opportunities
  • Process customer ordersFollow up of orders (make sure to get drawings and tenders / customers project-related quotations and obtain their approval)
  • Work with the Purchasing Department to evaluate the shipping time
  • Produce tenders / quotations
  • Respect the requirements of the specifications and industry standards
  • Make comparisons with previous projects to ensure they are competitive

 What we are looking for:

  • Experience 3 to 5 years in a related field (electrical and/or electronic industry)
  • College diploma DEC or AEC in a technical field (electronics / electricity an asset)
  • French and English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge CRM software an asset
  • Experience and efficiency with Microsoft Office Programs especially Excel
  • Experience with tenders and quotations an asset
