Job summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Customer Service Representative is mandated to support account managers, coordinate orders and respond to customer requests.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customer requests
- Act as support for account managers
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with all stakeholders related to different accounts to maximize business opportunities
- Process customer ordersFollow up of orders (make sure to get drawings and tenders / customers project-related quotations and obtain their approval)
- Work with the Purchasing Department to evaluate the shipping time
- Produce tenders / quotations
- Respect the requirements of the specifications and industry standards
- Make comparisons with previous projects to ensure they are competitive
What we are looking for:
- Experience 3 to 5 years in a related field (electrical and/or electronic industry)
- College diploma DEC or AEC in a technical field (electronics / electricity an asset)
- French and English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge CRM software an asset
- Experience and efficiency with Microsoft Office Programs especially Excel
- Experience with tenders and quotations an asset
